1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you agree to our Research-Use Disclaimer, confirm you are at least 18 years old, and confirm you are purchasing for lawful research purposes.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Bundle pricing, promotions and discount codes apply only as described at the time of purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or suspected misuse of our products. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Payment

Payment is due when you place your order and is processed by our third-party payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 3–4 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping page for details.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Problems with damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Product information

We try to describe products accurately and publish batch documentation in our COA Library. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these terms, products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevating Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Elevating Labs against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
