Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Elevating Labs may request reasonable information to verify an applicant’s identity, age, payment details, or eligibility.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Elevating Labs may approve or reject applications and may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these terms.

2. Affiliate commission

Approved affiliates earn a 25% commission on eligible product subtotals from qualifying completed orders attributed to their personalized affiliate coupon code or referral link.

• Shipping charges, taxes, fees, and other non-product charges are excluded.
• Customer discounts reduce the product subtotal used to calculate commission.
• Self-referrals and purchases made using your own affiliate coupon or link are prohibited.
• Unpaid, cancelled, duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify.
• Only one affiliate may receive credit for a qualifying order.

3. Referral links and coupon codes

Each approved affiliate may receive a personalized coupon code and referral link. A qualifying purchase may be attributed through either method, but an affiliate will not receive duplicate commission when both are associated with the same order.

Affiliate coupon codes currently provide customers with a 10% discount on eligible products, subject to the coupon’s restrictions and availability.

4. Referral tracking

Referral-link tracking generally lasts for 30 days after a visitor clicks an affiliate link. Attribution depends on cookies, browser settings, coupon usage, and available order information.

Elevating Labs cannot guarantee referral-link attribution when cookies are blocked, deleted, expired, or overwritten. Use of the affiliate’s personalized coupon code may provide an additional method of attribution.

5. Payments

Elevating Labs will pay all valid, approved commissions in accordance with these terms. Approved commission balances are reviewed and paid monthly after the affiliate reaches the $10 minimum payout threshold.

Payments will generally be issued no later than 15 business days after the end of the applicable calendar month. Approved balances below $10 will roll forward until the minimum threshold is reached.

Payments may be made through PayPal, electronic bank transfer, or another payment method approved by Elevating Labs. Available methods may vary by affiliate and location.

Affiliates must provide complete and accurate payment information. Elevating Labs is not responsible for delays caused by missing, inaccurate, rejected, or outdated payment details.

6. Final-sale policy

All Elevating Labs sales are final. Elevating Labs does not ordinarily accept returns or provide refunds.

If Elevating Labs voluntarily makes a customer-service exception at its sole discretion after an affiliate commission has already been validly earned, that commission will not be deducted or charged back solely because of the exception.

7. Research-use-only requirements

Affiliates may not:

• Promote, suggest, encourage, or demonstrate human or animal consumption.
• Discuss personal use, administration, reconstitution, injection, or dosage.
• Make health, medical, therapeutic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, or disease-related claims.
• Claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition.
• Misrepresent product testing, purity, documentation, legality, or intended use.
• Publish false, misleading, deceptive, or unapproved product statements.

8. Affiliate disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Elevating Labs in every promotional post, video, description, or other communication. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand.

Acceptable disclosure language includes: “I earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through my link or code.”

Affiliates must also use any disclosure tools required by the applicable social media platform and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.

9. Prohibited promotion

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, or misleading links.
• False discounts, unauthorized coupon codes, or placement on coupon-aggregation websites without approval.
• Paid advertising using the Elevating Labs name without prior written approval.
• Bidding on Elevating Labs trademarks, business names, or confusingly similar search terms.
• Impersonating Elevating Labs or presenting an affiliate account as an official company account.
• Promotion through unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

10. Brand materials

Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use approved Elevating Labs names, logos, images, and promotional materials solely to participate in the Partner Program.

Brand materials may not be modified or used in a way that is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

11. Monitoring and enforcement

Elevating Labs may review affiliate content and request that noncompliant content be corrected or removed. Affiliates must comply with a removal or correction request promptly.

Fraud, self-referrals, prohibited promotion, misleading claims, or serious or repeated violations may result in rejected ineligible commissions, suspension, or termination. Valid approved commissions earned before termination will remain payable unless they resulted from fraud or a violation of these terms.

12. Taxes and independent status

Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Elevating Labs. Affiliates may not make commitments or representations on behalf of Elevating Labs.

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, transaction fees, permits, and other legal requirements related to their earnings.

13. Changes to the program

Elevating Labs may update the Partner Program, commission rate, discount structure, tracking period, payment requirements, or these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice is provided to active affiliates.
